All of our rooms are very bright and have a private balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding Dolomites and the town of Selva Val Gardena.
The floors are in local wood and the TVs offer all of the Sky Visual Gold channels. Other services include: telephone, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and much more.
The Superior rooms offer even more space and include a nice couch and table. The rooms are cleaned daily by our hotel staff.

terms and conditions
The daily tourist tax is of 3,60 Euro per person per night for people over the age of 14.
The prices are indicated per person per night, for an overnight of a minimum of 7 nights.
The usage of our wellness area is included in the price. The wellness area consists of a steam bath, sauna, whirl pool and fitness room. The extra charge for the single usage of a double room is of 15,00 Euros per night. The discount for children depends on their age if they are staying in a double room with their parents in an extra bed. Dogs are charged €25.00 per day. Summer 2026: Garage €15 per parking space per day. Winter 2026-27: Garage €20 per parking space per day.

The prices are in Euros and are meant per person per night for half board, for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
The reservation is considered completed when a written confirmation is sent and a money deposit is made.
The rooms are available for check in after 2pm and have to be left at 10.30am the latest on the departure date.
Cancellation
Meals that are not consumed cannot be subtracted from the bill, not even if they are on the arrival or departure date.
If the booking is canceled on short notice or early departure the bill has to be paid in full according to the international tourism regulations.
The booking is confirmed when the downpayment is received. The downpayment will not be refunded. (article 1385 of the law)
